Beginning his journey at West Chester University, Andrew received his B.A. in Political Science in 1991 and his Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law in 1997.

He is currently a member of the Massachusetts Bar and D.C. Bar in good standing.

Andrew Adams is a seasoned senior executive delivering high-quality, strategic legal and business advice. Currently he is the managing attorney of our Boston and D.C. offices.

Additionally, Andrew has experience as the General Counsel and CFO for high-tech companies, from start-ups to the Fortune 500. He has substantive experience managing legal and financial departments and 20+ years reporting to and working with C-level executives. Andrew has been a top advisor and subject matter expert for technology companies regarding Global Data Privacy Regulations (GDPR), HIPAA, e-discovery, product development, enterprise software, SaaS, mobile devices, connected devices and analytics

His financial skills include strong leadership experience improving operational efficiency while bringing clarity to financial reporting. Andrew has expertise in ERISA, SOX, taxes, investor relations, investment analytics, auditing, M&A and fundraising.
